Product feed in a campaign <\/strong>

<\/strong>With the product feed, you protect yourself against copy-paste errors.
You can quickly and easily insert products and make sure they\u2019re always up to date and match what you show on your website.

Product feed in a campaign <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After you\u2019ve filled in information<\/strong> for your campaign, you can click Next<\/strong> and drag the product feed block into your campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then you\u2019ll be able to choose your products. First, choose how many products per row to display, and then how many rows of products you want to insert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you\u2019ll see general settings<\/strong>, after which you choose the product feed<\/strong> the products should be pulled from, as well as which template<\/strong> you want to use to display the products. If you don\u2019t have a product feed template, reach out to our consultants who can help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can experiment with styling<\/strong>, utm_content<\/strong>, and modifications<\/strong> to design<\/strong>, content<\/strong>, and order<\/strong> after you\u2019ve selected your products. If you have a good product template, it will rarely be necessary to change these. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the bottom field, you can find products<\/strong>. Search for your products by product name, price, item number, or the product ID. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select a number of products that matches the products per row and number of rows you chose above. If you\u2019re not happy with the order of the products, you can drag and drop the products in the list to change the order in the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you select more products than you\u2019ve chosen to display under general settings<\/strong>, the products in the product search list<\/strong> will be crossed out in grey. They act as fallback products. That means if one of the other products can\u2019t be found in the feed at the time the email is sent, that product will be removed and the fallback product will be shown instead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
