August 2026<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this guide, you will get a basic understanding of how you can view loyalty data on your customer club members.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ll also go through what changes in <strong>the contact list<\/strong> when you connect a <strong>Customer Loyalty Center integration<\/strong> to your list.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact overview  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have a Customer Loyalty Center integration connected to your list, the layout of the contact page will change. This is because the module adds extra data and functionality to your contacts.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the customer club module is activated, members in the contact overview get an extra tab where you can access loyalty data based on their membership.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means that the view goes from only showing newsletter data class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Loyalty Center ID: <\/strong>This ID is different from the Heyloyalty ID and allows contact data to be separated from loyalty data.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Available points: <\/strong>The number of points the member can use right now.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Earned points: <\/strong>Points that the member has earned but cannot yet use.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date and points for next points expiration: <\/strong>Shows when the next points expire and how many points are involved.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral friend: <\/strong>Shows if the member has been referred by another member.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Current level: <\/strong>The member&#8217;s current level in the customer club.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Bem\u00e6rk: <\/strong>Hvis et medlem <strong>kun er kundeklubmedlem<\/strong> og ikke har tilmeldt sig nyhedsbrevet, vil du ikke kunne tilg\u00e5 den almindelige kontaktinfo fane.
