August 2026<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want your users to be able to join or unsubscribe from your customer club, you can create a form directly in Heyloyalty.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this guide, we&#8217;ll walk you through how to create a form for your customer club.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create form  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can create a Customer Loyalty form once you have created an integration for your list. If you have not yet created the integration, <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help-category\/customer-loyalty-center\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/help-category\/clc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">you can find a guide here. <\/a>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create form via lists<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can create the form directly from your list. Here you select <strong>Edit list &#8211;&gt; Form<\/strong>. Here you select the type of form you want to create. You can choose between subscribe, update and unsubscribe. From the integration you want to create the form for, click on <strong>the three dots<\/strong>. name:<\/strong> The name of the form. The name is for internal use only.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pre-fill also sign up for newsletter: <\/strong>If the field is set to <strong>Yes, <\/strong>the user will be signed up as both a customer club member and newsletter recipient.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you set the field to Yes, we recommend that you use text to inform the user that they also say yes to the newsletter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rest of the form setup follows the standard form setup in Heyloyalty. You can read more about this in the general form guide.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have filled in all settings, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can then implement the form on your website.
