April 2026<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p>This guide shows you how to create an automation flow based on your <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/get-started-with-customer-loyalty-center\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/help\/kom-i-gang-med-customer-loyalty-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customer Loyalty integration in Heyloyalty<\/a>. You will learn which triggers you can use to activate your automation flow in connection with your customer club. In addition, the guide shows you how to create a member action that awards or manages points.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guide helps you leverage your customer club data to create more relevant and automated customer experiences.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating automation flows  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a Customer Loyalty integration set up on your list, you will be able to create automation flows based on the data we receive in Heyloyalty.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the integration is active, there will be a new option to select a trigger for your flow.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to create a new flow. Go to the menu item <strong>Automations &#8211;&gt; create new automation &#8211;&gt; select automation flow<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you select a name for your flow and the list associated with your customer club. Once the list is selected, you will be given the option to select the <strong>Customer Loyalty Center<\/strong> trigger.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To see the different triggers, click <strong>Set when a contact completes a purchase with points or discount.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New stage:<\/strong> Triggered when a contact moves up to a new stage in your customer club.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Earn points higher than X: <\/strong>Here you set a limit. For example, it can be 200 points, if the switch then hits over 200 points the flow will trigger   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral: <\/strong>Triggered when a contact refers a new person to the customer club.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral Approved: <\/strong>When a contact has approved a referral. The flow can be used to send a confirmation that they have signed up for the customer club.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral friend Approved: <\/strong>??  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bonus expires: <\/strong>Triggered when a contact&#8217;s points or discount is about to expire.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New individual rabt (API): <\/strong>Triggered when points are attributed via API.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve selected your trigger, click <strong>Save setting<\/strong> and then <strong>Next<\/strong> in the top right corner to set up your flow.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Member actions in your flow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have a Customer Loyalty integration, you get access to new member actions in your flow. To use them, you need to insert a <strong>contact action<\/strong> in your flow. <br> <br>Under <strong>select action <\/strong>you can choose: <strong>assign Customer Loyalty Points <\/strong>or
