July 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guide will walk you through how to navigate the list overview in Heyloyalty. You&#8217;ll learn how to get an overview of your lists, filter them, and create new lists. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos will be added to the guide later.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List Overview<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>the List Overview<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll get a complete overview of the lists you&#8217;ve created. For each list, you can see: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open rate (%)<\/strong>: shows how many people opened the campaign out of those who received an email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Click-to-Open<\/strong> Rate: This is the percentage of recipients who opened the email and clicked on a link within it. <br\/>For example, the campaign is sent to 1,000 members. Of these, <strong>400<\/strong> open the campaign and <strong>200<\/strong> click on a link within the campaign. Since <strong>200<\/strong> out of <strong>400<\/strong> possible recipients clicked on the link, the CTR is 50%. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of contacts<\/strong>: Total number of contacts on each list. If a contact is associated with multiple lists, that contact is counted in the membership total for each of those lists. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date the list was created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll also see three dots (\u2022\u2022\u2022) at the bottom of the list, which give you more options:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View Contacts<\/strong>: Allows you to view all active and bounced contacts on the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create a segment:<\/strong> Here, you can segment your contacts based on a rule. Learn more about <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/simple-segmentation\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/help\/simpel-segmentering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">how to create a segment here.<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View Statistics<\/strong>: Displays statistics on the list&#8217;s activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit list<\/strong>: Change the settings for your list or create\/modify fields on the list. <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/lists-and-fields\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/help\/lister-og-felter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learn more about editing lists here.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy List<\/strong>: Allows you to duplicate a list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deactivate list<\/strong>: When you deactivate a list, the number of contacts in that list will not be included in the total number of contacts. You can always view your inactive lists by tapping the three dots at the top (\u2022\u2022\u2022) and selecting &#8221; <strong>Show inactive lists.<\/strong>&#8221; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtration<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can filter your list view by using the arrow icons to the right of the column names. To change the sort order: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the arrow to the right of the name to sort from A to Z<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the arrow again to sort from Z to A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create new list<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a new list, click the three dots next to the search bar (\u2022\u2022\u2022) <strong>and select &#8220;Create New List<\/strong>.&#8221; Then follow the instructions to configure your list settings. For more details, see the more comprehensive<a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/lists-and-fields\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/help\/lister-og-felter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> guide to creating new lists.<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Make sure all details are entered correctly when creating a new list to avoid problems in future mailings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Search across your lists in Heyloyalty<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the list overview page, there is a search field on the right-hand side where you can choose to search for lists or contacts. By default, you will search for contacts. If you want to search for lists, click the list icon in the search field.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> <span style=\"background-color: rgba(51, 51, 51, 0.2);\">The placeholder text in the search field will change depending on the selected search criterion and show what you are searching for.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  If you search for lists, you\u2019ll remain on the list overview. If you search for a contact, you can find the contact by email or mobile number. When you press Enter in the search field, you\u2019ll be redirected to the contact\u2019s customer feed, where you can see all the events the contact has created, the purchase data Heyloyalty has on the contact, the lists the contact is subscribed to, and the contact information we have on file.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> <span style=\"background-color: rgba(51, 51, 51, 0.2);\">The search field requires exact matches, so be sure to enter the full email address or mobile phone number to get results.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You&#8217;re ready to continue working on your lists<\/h1>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you\u2019ve gotten an overview of the list dashboard, you know where to manage your lists, view member data, and access the most important features.
