To export your contacts, click on the list you want to export the contacts from and then select Import\/Export <\/strong>–> Export members.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Now wait a moment and refresh the page. Once the contacts have been exported, you\u2019ll be able to download the file by clicking the relevant file under Previous exports<\/strong>, which you can find by clicking Import\/Export<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Note: The column headers in the export <\/strong>will change from Danish to English. Here is a list of the translations.  <\/p>\n\n

The translations are as follows:<\/p>\n\n

  • First Name = firstname<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Last Name = lastname<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • E-mail = email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cell phone number = mobile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gender = sex<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Date of Birth = birthdate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Address = address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Postnummer = postal code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By = city<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Country = country<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reference = reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Store = shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Custom fields are exported with the selected field name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Specify which contacts to export<\/h3>\n\n

    Here, you should select the contacts you want to export by checking the boxes next to each entry. You can also select a segment from the list and then click ” Select<\/strong>,” which is located below the order contact overview. <\/p>\n\n

    Next, scroll down to the bottom and select ” Actions for Multiple Members<\/strong>.” Here, select ” Export Selected<\/strong>.” Once the export is complete, you can locate the export file using the same method described in the section above. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
