See above for instructions on how to access User Management. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then click on &#8221; <strong>Create New User<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter the user&#8217;s name and email address, and select the role you want to assign to the user.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, click &#8221; <strong>Save User<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the user has been saved, Heyloyalty automatically sends an email to the specified email address. In the email, the new user is asked to choose a password. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role Permissions in Heyloyalty<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose from the following roles:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Admin:<\/strong> Has access to all features in Heyloyalty. Only administrators can create users and access default settings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User:<\/strong> Can, among other things, create campaigns and automations, view statistics, add images, and edit integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Read-only access:<\/strong> Can view items in Heyloyalty, but cannot create new campaigns or automations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit or delete existing users, and reset 2FA<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To edit or delete an existing user, go to <strong>User Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>the three dots<\/strong> next to the user you want to manage. Here, you&#8217;ll be able to edit the user&#8217;s information or delete the user. If you choose to delete a user, you&#8217;ll need to confirm the deletion afterward.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: An administrator user cannot be deleted. If you need to delete an administrator user, please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@heyloyalty.com\">support@heyloyalty.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reset 2FA<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you click <strong>the three dots<\/strong> next to a user&#8217;s name, you can also select <strong>&#8220;Reset 2FA<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you can see whether the user has set up 2FA under &#8220;Status.&#8221; To reset the user&#8217;s 2FA, click &#8221; <strong>Reset<\/strong> &#8221; next to the user&#8217;s name. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This might be relevant, for example, if the user has gotten a new phone or if you&#8217;re having trouble with the setup.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You are now ready to manage your users<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You now know how to create new users, assign the appropriate roles, and manage existing users in Heyloyalty.
