September 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this guide, you&#8217;ll gain an in-depth understanding of how to keep track of your email and text message usage in Heyloyalty.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access &#8221; <strong>Usage and Billing<\/strong> &#8221; through the user panel. Click <strong>the gear icon<\/strong> in the upper-right corner and select <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.heyloyalty.com\/settings\/usage\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/app.heyloyalty.com\/settings\/usage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Usage and Billing<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Images for this guide will be added later.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View Your Total Usage<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you go to &#8221; <strong>Usage and Billing<\/strong>,&#8221; you can see which plan your Heyloyalty account is on at the top, next to &#8221; <strong>Plan Information<\/strong>.&#8221; Here, you can also view the email limit and contact limit for your Heyloyalty license. If you reach one of the limits, your Heyloyalty account will be upgraded.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under &#8221; <strong>Contacts<\/strong>,&#8221; you can see how many contacts your Heyloyalty account currently has.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: The number of contacts is calculated per list. If a contact appears on multiple lists, that contact is counted once per list. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View your email and text message usage<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>&#8220;Email Usage<\/strong>,&#8221; you can see which campaigns and automation flows have been sent this month.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to view campaigns from a different month, select a new month from the month selector at the top of the page. You can also filter the list to show only published campaigns or automations. You can also choose to view only campaigns for a specific list.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you send text messages, you can view a summary of your outgoing messages at the bottom of the page. The summary is organized in the same way as the email usage summary. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the overview of your email and text message usage, you can see:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Internal name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong>: either campaign or automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test emails<\/strong>: showing how many test emails\/text messages have been sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recipients<\/strong>: shows how many emails\/text messages have been sent to your recipient list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total<\/strong>: showing the total number of emails\/text messages sent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you&#8217;re wondering about the number of text messages sent, it may be because your message exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed for a single text message. A text message can contain a maximum of 160 characters. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to send text messages through Heyloyalty, please note that text message campaigns are billed separately from your license.
