September 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guide will help you create and manage test lists so you can easily test your campaigns before sending them out. With a test list, you can send test emails or text messages to yourself or your colleagues to verify that everything is working properly.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Images for the guide will be added later.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a new test list<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a test list, go to the user icon in the upper-right corner and select <strong>&#8220;Test Lists<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, click &#8221; <strong>Create<\/strong> <strong>New Test List.&#8221;<\/strong> You&#8217;ll see the following options:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Type: Select <\/strong>whether the test list should be sent via <strong>email<\/strong> or <strong>text message<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>List Name: Enter <\/strong>an appropriate name for your test list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add contacts to the test list<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the name of the test list you want to add contacts to. Then click <strong>Create New Recipient<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter the contact&#8217;s email address and click <strong>Create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To remove a contact from the test list, click the three dots next to the contact.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage Your Test List<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;ve created your test list, you can manage it from the test list overview.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the three dots next to the test list. Here, you can <strong>edit or <\/strong> <strong>delete<\/strong> the test list.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Test List in Campaigns<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;ve created your test list, you can select it as the recipient when you send a test email in <strong>Step 3<\/strong> of the campaign process.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>\u201cSend Test Email<\/strong>,\u201d you\u2019ll find the <strong>\u201cSend to Test List\u201d<\/strong> field, which is set to <strong>\u201cSingle Recipient\u201d<\/strong> by default. Select the name of the desired test list from the drop-down menu. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Make sure that all test recipients have consented to receive test notifications, as these may also contain marketing material.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This guide will help you create and manage test lists so you can easily test your campaigns before sending them out.
