Any data that comes through the integration can be used to segment your future communication. Both of these can also be found under <strong>Settings <\/strong>in <strong>OnlineFundraising<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finish with <strong>Update integration<\/strong>. <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Heyloyalty<\/strong> operates with contacts (also called members). A contact can have multiple orders associated with it.  A contact and a member are, in Heyloyalty terminology, the same thing.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An <em>order<\/em> in <strong>Heyloyalty<\/strong> is a <em>subscription<\/em> in <strong>OnlineFundraising<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worth knowing about integration  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the integration is set up, Heyloyalty creates<strong> <\/strong>a contact when a contact is created in OnlineFundraising. If this contact has opted out of receiving the newsletter with its registration\/creation in OnlineFundraising, has opted out of receiving the newsletter, then it is your responsibility to unsubscribe the contact in Heyloyalty via Heyloyalty&#8217;s unsubscribe functions.  More information about this:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The contact is NOT automatically removed in Heyloyalty when the contact cancels their subscription (i.e. the payment subscription in OnlineFundraising)  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The contact is automatically updated in <strong>the tracking database<\/strong>. This means that you can segment on whether or not the contacts in Heyloyalty have an active subscription in OnlineFundraising. You can also go a step further and segment on the fact that a contact has an active <strong>subscription<\/strong> (and, for example, also combine this with how much the monthly amount is)    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should also be aware that all contacts created in OnlineFundraising are by default paying, which is why they are created in Heyloyalty as soon as they are created in OnlineFundraising. Elaboration is specific situations about this:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a contact creates a subscription in OnlineFundraising that doesn&#8217;t start until next month, this contact is immediately created in Heyloyalty. For example, a member might start a subscription on January 10, but the first payment is February 1. This member will be in Heyloyalty from January 10, but according to the segmentation options above, you can segment on whether the member has an active subscription or not. The reason why the import is limited to 12 months is that contacts that have not been communicated with in the last 12 months no longer have an active newsletter permission <\/em> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Retrieve<\/strong> <strong>order data<\/strong> <br\/>Do you need to retrieve data for subscriptions, dataSets, payments etc. <br\/><em>TIP: This is all data related to a payment in OnlineFundraising<\/em> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Get<\/strong> <strong>members<\/strong> <br\/>If you select <strong>Yes<\/strong>, members will be created in Heyloyalty  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Handling previously unsubscribed members<\/strong> <br\/>If you are importing data for the first time, you should select <strong>Create unsubscribed members again<\/strong>, as there are no unsubscribed members in Heyloyalty yet. <br\/>However, if this is not the first time you are doing a backward import of data, there may be some members who have been unsubscribed and will be created again. It is your responsibility to know who you can communicate to   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send opt-in message<\/strong> <br\/>If you select <strong>No<\/strong>, the import will create members without double opt-in. <br\/>If you do not use double opt-in on the list, leave the field set to <strong>No<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong> <br\/>If you select <strong>Yes<\/strong>, make sure you have an active double opt-in automation  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send<\/strong> <strong>automations<\/strong> <br\/>Any automations, such as the welcome flow or the post purchase flow, will be sent to the members created in the backward import if you select <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong> <br\/>These<strong> <\/strong>members may have had a relationship with you for a longer period of time, so consider whether it makes sense to send these types of automations for this import. <br\/>Often it makes the most
