The purpose of the integration is to give you the opportunity to work data-driven with email marketing and marketing automation by utilizing both purchase and behavioral data from your webshop. See more below.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fc8d46\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Do I need a developer?<\/mark>  <br\/><\/strong>No. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fc8d46\" class=\"has-inline-color\">How long does it take to finish setting up the integration? <\/mark><br\/><\/strong>Depending on how well you know Heyloyalty and DanDomain, it probably takes somewhere between 10-30 minutes. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fc8d46\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Does the integration retrieve backward data? <\/mark><br\/><\/strong>Yes. <\/p>\n\n<p>Do I need access to other systems? <br\/>You must have access to Heyloyalty \u2013 and your Heyloyalty account must be active. <br\/>You must also have access to the DanDomain backend. <\/p>\n\n<p>Which data is being imported? <br\/>Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/dandomain-webshop\/#felter-i-integrationen\">Fields in the integration <\/a>section at the bottom of this page for the full overview. Basically, all behavioral data from the webshop is included as well as all purchase data.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fc8d46\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Can I segment on data coming through the integration?  <\/mark><br\/><\/strong>Yes. Any data that comes through the integration can be used to segment your future communication. You can optionally just call it Heyloyalty. (or a dummy user) that is linked to the integration. Please note that if this user is deleted at some point, the integration will stop working until a new employee in Dandomain Webshop is connected to the integration.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Set up or create the employee in your Dandomain Webshop via Settings &#8211;&gt; Employees &#8211;&gt; Create employee &#8211;&gt; Fill in the information. For Application access, the employee must have access to the API (Has access to the SOAP API). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>NOTE!<\/strong>&nbsp;The user&#8217;s email must not contain \u00c6\u00d8\u00c5. Make sure that Active is checked and that under products it says all. Scroll down to the bottom and see all the custom fields that are on the list and that you have mapped as part of the integration.
