September 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Abandoned Cart: What Is It and What Does It Require?<br\/><\/strong><br\/> If you have a Premium license, you have access to our standard set of behavior triggers for your automations, including abandoned cart. <br\/>With the abandoned cart feature, you can set up an automation that sends a message when a visitor comes to your online store, adds an item to their cart, and leaves the site before completing the purchase. We automatically filter out sold-out products.<br\/><br\/>Before you can set up an abandoned cart flow, make sure you have a product feed and that tracking is enabled for that specific list. Also, please note that the visitor must be subscribed to your newsletter and have clicked a link in a newsletter before a abandoned cart email can be sent to them. <br\/><br\/>See the guide for
