<strong>First Name<\/strong> has been used as a merge field in addition to <strong>Member<\/strong> &#8211;&gt; <strong>Interesse<\/strong> inserting the members interests. Once you&#8217;ve inserted a merge field, you&#8217;ll be able to see the merge field in the email, but not the specific data from a specific member. Shows example for: jane@jane.dk shows in the top left corner where it can also be changed. Click \ud83d\uddd8 to have Heyloyalty select a new random member from the list. Alternatively, you can type a specific email from a specific member in the Show campaign for subscriber with email: field. Here you can test the email preview with a specific member. Therefore, do not expect the merge fields to contain your own data. This is because you can send test emails to people who are not on the list, which is why Heyloyalty chooses a random member from the list and inserts their data instead of sending you a test email where the merge fields do not work, because the recipient of the test email is not necessarily on the list and therefore does not necessarily have data in the merge fields in question.
