July 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Retail Center&nbsp;<br\/><\/strong><br\/>Med&nbsp;<strong>In Retail Center <\/strong>, you <strong>can <\/strong>create individual stores with all their various details and contact information. After you&#8217;ve created a store, it will appear as an option in the field&nbsp;<strong>Store on <\/strong>your list. This allows your customers to let you know which store they&#8217;d prefer to hear from when you send out local, store-specific messages. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>In addition, you can also incorporate store-specific information into any campaign or automation you create. This could include, for example, a photo of the storefront, the specific store\u2019s hours of operation, address, and\/or phone number. You can also use the store manager as the sender and include a photo of that person along with their contact information or a generic greeting from them, so that every email sent to your customers has a more local feel. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Each store will also have an administrator and a user, so that a person in charge of each store can log in to&nbsp;Go to <strong>the Retail Center<\/strong> in Heyloyalty and view the contacts who have chosen to link to that specific store. Each store has an administrator and a user, so each store can log in to <strong>Retail Center<\/strong> in Heyloyalty and view the contacts who have chosen to link to that specific store. It\u2019s up to you whether the stores should have this information to log in, or if everything should be managed from headquarters; in that case, you can simply enter something simple that\u2019s easy for you to remember. You do this with merge fields.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong> See more about merge fields <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/merge-fields\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll find a link to your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.heyloyalty.com\/shop\/login\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/app.heyloyalty.com\/shop\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stores here<\/a>, where you can log in and view all the contacts associated with the various stores.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make stores visible on the registration form<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To allow the contact to select a store via your registration form, do the following:  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the &#8221; <strong>Sign Up<\/strong>&#8221; tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the <strong>&#8220;Select the fields to display<\/strong>&#8221; section and check &#8221; <strong>Store<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want your contacts on the sign-up form to be able to select multiple stores, this setting must be configured in the Retail Center.
