April 2026<\/time><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Tracking: What is it and what does it require?&nbsp;<\/strong><br><br>If you have a&nbsp;Premium license, you get access to our standard package of behavioral triggers for your automations, including abandoned cart and product interest. All of these behavioral triggers are based on data from&nbsp;<strong>Tracking<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Tracking is a&nbsp;data warehouse. In addition, &nbsp;with Tracking, you can implement a script&nbsp;so you can track behavioral data from your website and store, enrich and utilize it in the data warehouse.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 Typically, we recommend 45 minutes, so if you follow that recommendation, you should write 45 in that field. Also, select a product feed to associate the integration.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In the vast majority of cases, the image format will be portrait. If in doubt, leave it on portrait.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Make sure that you link a product feed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Abandoned cart url and Abandoned cart type refers to your abandoned cart trigger. Abandoned cart url will often be something like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dinwebshop.dk\/kurv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.dinwebshop.dk\/kurv<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webshop.dk\/basket\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.webshop.dk\/basket. <\/a> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Characters dividing categories <\/strong>refer to your product feed. If you have selected a <strong>Google Shopping Feed<\/strong>, select <strong>&gt; (Google product category)<\/strong>.  Find the right format in your product feed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The number of visits to the category <\/strong>and <strong>the number of days the visits are over<\/strong> are important to consider as they affect when a <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.heyloyalty.com\/en\/help\/category-interest\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"259\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">category interest<\/a> will trigger.
