With Heyloyalty, you can easily track statistics for your campaigns so you can optimize your future efforts. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate campaign statistics and understand the available data in detail.

Images will be added to this guide later.

    Understanding Campaign Statistics

To view campaign statistics, click the three dots next to a campaign that has been sent out.

Here you’ll see a menu on the left with the following menu items: Overview, Demographics, Preview, and Revenue.

    Overview

Under ” Overview,” you’ll see general statistical information about your campaign:

    • Number sent: The number of recipients of the campaign
    • Number of opens: How many contacts have opened the email
    • Open rate: The percentage of recipients who opened the email, measured relative to the total number of recipients.
    • Most Opens: The hour during which the most recipients opened the email.
    • Number of unsubscribers: The number of recipients who have unsubscribed via email.
    • Unsubscribe rate: The percentage of recipients who have unsubscribed, relative to the total number of recipients.
    • Clicks: Total number of clicks on links by recipients.
    • Unique clicks: The number of different recipients who have clicked on at least one link.
    • Click-through rate: What percentage of recipients clicked on a campaign

Note: Clicks on unsubscribe links are also included in the click statistics.

    • Soft bounce: Temporary errors, such as a full mailbox.
    • Hard bounce: Permanent delivery errors that may require the removal of the member in question.
    • Spam Complaint: How many recipients have reported the campaign as spam in their email client?

    Preview

Here you can see a preview of the email that was sent to the recipient. You can also get a better overview of which links the recipient has clicked on.

Click one of the links on the left, and Heyloyalty will automatically scroll to the corresponding link in the email.

Note: The product feed in a campaign appears as a link, so you cannot see which specific products were clicked on—only that the product feed itself was clicked on.

    Export Campaign Statistics

Before you can view campaign statistics, the campaigns must have been sent out. After that, you can select ” Campaign Statistics ” under the “Statistics” menu item.

Here, you can click on the campaign name to view the campaign statistics. You can also export campaign statistics to an Excel document by checking the boxes next to the campaigns you want to export. Then click the “Export Selected” button .

Once the files have been exported, you can find the file under the three dots (•••). From there, select the dropdown menu under ” Previous Exports.”

Below the three dots, you can also search for a specific campaign by name or date. Under the filter icon, you can sort by labels or folders.
