Lists and fields In Heyloyalty you can create all the lists and fields that you want and/or need.
An email address that appears on multiple lists will count as one contact each time it appears. If the same email address is on three different lists, it will count as three contacts according to Heyloyalty’s pricing model. Heyloyalty’s pricing model.
When setting up an integration setting up an integration, the integration may in some cases create extra fields in your integration list. Do not delete these fields as it may affect whether the integration works or not.
Create new list
Click Lists –> … –> Create new list.
Fill in the information.
Tip: When you select the country, it affects if you want to send SMS to the contacts in the list. When you If Denmark is selected as the country, Heyloyalty will automatically add +45 to the phone numbers in the list when sending an SMS. sending an SMS. You will therefore not be able to send an SMS to a Dutch contact, as this phone number will be ‘wrong’ when +45 is added in front of the number.
For the Double opt-in field in the list , you need to decide whether there should be double opt-in in the list. If you choose Enable double opt-in, remember to set up a double opt-in automation so that recipients have the opportunity to confirm their subscription in a double opt-in message.

Creating fields in the list
Fill in standard fields for your contacts and fallback on merge fields.
You can also create custom fields under Adding fields.
When you have finished filling in the information, click Save to save your list.
Tip: Remember to go in and design a sign-up page so you can get contacts on your list and/or go to import members to import existing contacts to the list.
If you use the Heyloyalty country field, you need to use country codes, so for example, for Denmark the country code will be DK. You can see a list of country codes here.
You will now be able to see the new list in your list overview, from where you can access the options view members, create segment, view statistics, edit, copy or deactivate the list.
