This guide will walk you through how to navigate the list overview in Heyloyalty. You’ll learn how to get an overview of your lists, filter them, and create new lists.

List Overview
In the List Overview, you’ll get a complete overview of the lists you’ve created. For each list, you can see:
- Open rate (%): shows how many people opened the campaign out of those who received an email.
- Click-to-Open Rate: This is the percentage of recipients who opened the email and clicked on a link within it.
For example, the campaign is sent to 1,000 members. Of these, 400 open the campaign and 200 click on a link within the campaign. Since 200 out of 400 possible recipients clicked on the link, the CTR is 50%. - Number of contacts: Total number of contacts on each list. If a contact is associated with multiple lists, that contact is counted in the membership total for each of those lists.
- Date the list was created.
You’ll also see three dots (•••) at the bottom of the list, which give you more options:
- View Contacts: Allows you to view all active and bounced contacts on the list.
- Create a segment: Here, you can segment your contacts based on a rule. Learn more about how to create a segment here.
- View Statistics: Displays statistics on the list’s activity.
- Edit list: Change the settings for your list or create/modify fields on the list. Learn more about editing lists here.
- Copy List: Allows you to duplicate a list.
- Deactivate list: When you deactivate a list, the number of contacts in that list will not be included in the total number of contacts. You can always view your inactive lists by tapping the three dots at the top (•••) and selecting ” Show inactive lists.”
Filtration
You can filter your list view by using the arrow icons to the right of the column names. To change the sort order:
- Click the arrow to the right of the name to sort from A to Z
- Click the arrow again to sort from Z to A
Create new list
To create a new list, click the three dots next to the search bar (•••) and select “Create New List.” Then follow the instructions to configure your list settings. For more details, see the more comprehensive guide to creating new lists.
Search across your lists in Heyloyalty
On the list overview page, there is a search field on the right-hand side where you can choose to search for lists or contacts. By default, you will search for contacts. If you want to search for lists, click the list icon in the search field.
If you search for lists, you’ll remain on the list overview. If you search for a contact, you can find the contact by email or mobile number. When you press Enter in the search field, you’ll be redirected to the contact’s customer feed, where you can see all the events the contact has created, the purchase data Heyloyalty has on the contact, the lists the contact is subscribed to, and the contact information we have on file.
